Home entertainment of any type, from funerals to dinner parties to childrens' parties, can all be planned and catered for.
Entertaining for family or colleagues from work can be a daunting thought but there is no need to feel under pressure as we can help. From as little as delivering ready to cook meals, or having a personal chef and staff on hand to serve you like royalty, it all helps.
We can organise the whole event if you wish, from a Champagne reception with Canapés to a sit down a la Carte meal followed by hot fresh Italian Coffee with sweet Belgian Chocolates.
Everything from serving the food to clearing up at the end of the evening are done by us. So you do not have to face a mountain of dishes, you can just sit back and relax.
Below is an example menu for a family birthday party hosted and catered for by The Lemon Kitchen. Our help allowed the guests and host to relax and enjoy their food as they admired the green grassy hills from their conservatory at home.
Canapés
- Scottish Smoked Salmon Blinis with Créme Fraiche and Caviar
- Hot Mini Scottish Haggis Balls
- Homemade Scottish Oatcakes with Pate and Redcurrant Jelly
- Mini Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream and Chives
Appetisers
- Flaked Smoked Trout Fillets with a Horseradish Cream served on a bed of Mixed Leaves
- Baskets of Warm Ciabatta Bread with an Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar for dipping, and butter
Main Course
- Rare Scottish Fillet of Beef served with Lewis Black Pudding & Red Onion Marmalade accompanied by Seasonal Vegetables and Baby Ayrshire Potatoes tossed in butter
Dessert
- Chocolate Hazelnut Roulade with Fresh Strawberries and Raspberries served with Cream
- Italian Cafeteria Coffee & selected Teas with Homemade Tablet to finish off the meal
